Like most golfers, I am always chasing that one perfect shot that keeps you coming back for more. The problem is that life and weather do not always cooperate with your golf schedule.

Living in Florida sounds like a golfer’s dream, but anyone who plays here knows the reality. Summer can mean brutal heat, humidity that feels like a wall, and afternoon storms that turn the course into a swamp in minutes. Some days it is simply too hot or too soggy to play. Sitting around waiting for better weather was not an option for me.

So I started looking for a way to bring golf indoors.

What began as a simple idea quickly turned into a deep dive into the world of indoor golfsimulators, launch monitors, hitting mats, impact screens, and home simulator builds. I spent countless hours researching equipment, comparing launch monitor data, testing setups, and figuring out what actually works in a real home environment.

The more I learned, the more I realized something. Buying a golf simulator can feel like stepping into the wild west. There are endless products, flashy marketing claims, and very little straight talk about what you actually need to build a great setup.

That is exactly why I created this site.

This blog is built for golfers who want to practice golf indoors, build a home golf simulator, and keep their game sharp year round. Whether you are setting up a full simulator in your garage, turning a spare room into a practice space, or just starting with a launch monitor, my goal is to help you cut through the noise and find the right gear.

Golf simulators will never replace the feeling of standing on the first tee with your buddies. But they are the next best thing when the weather is working against you.

For me, indoor golf is not just about convenience. It is about making sure the game never stops.
